General terms and conditions:

There are set menus available but these pages are only available in Spanish and Catalan:

We also offer special catering at Christmas time for collection from our shop. Information available in Spanish and Catalan.

· All cooked products are served either warm or at room temperature.
· All prices have IVA (VAT) included and may be subject to change.
· For the following services, please ask for information: Drinks, Disposable Material (Cutlery, Plates, Glasses etc..), Waiting Staff
· Prices do not include any other product or service than those expressly specified above.
· To guarantee the service, it is recommended to place orders at least 1 week in advance.
· Orders are not officially confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. Payment can be made in cash or by card at our shop, by Bizum or by bank transfer (sending proof of payment to ferran@xarcuteriaferran.com)
· Capacity is very limited on the 23rd and 24th of December. Contact us to ask about availability.

Delivery service

· Delivery costs will be added to all delivery orders.
· For deliveries outside Barcelona city, please ask for prices and conditions.
· Available delivery times: From Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 8.30pm, Saturdays from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. Deliveries outside of these times will incur a surcharge.
· For Sundays and bank holidays, please ask for conditions.

Cancellations

(1) If cancelation is made 72h before delivery at the latest:
· If payment was made by card in part or in whole, a credit note will be generated – the funds can be used for another order within 4 months of the cancellation.
· If payment was made in cash, by Bizum or by bank transfer, all amounts received against the order will be returned in full.
(2) If cancellation is made between 72h and 48h before delivery:
· If payment has been made in full:
– For payments made by card, 50% will be made available as a credit note for use against another order within 4 months of the cancellation.
– For payments made in cash, by Bizum or by bank transfer 50% will be refunded.
· If a deposit payment of 50% has been made, no refund will be made.
(3) If cancellation is made less than 48h before delivery:
· Regardless of the form of payment used, no refund will be made.

If our offer for your event stipulates different conditions those on the written offer for your event will prevail.
